They did everything we asked for in a timely fashion
Great salespeople! Friendly, smiling faces, extremely helpful and *patient* (while considering purchase options; To buy or not to buy, that was the question… ) Absolutely no arm twisting or sales pressure of any kind which is totally a turnoff. Mike (out of business cards) and Matthew the Financier were pleasant and extremely helpful. Buying a car is nerve wracking second only to purchasing a house. My nerves weren't wracked or wrecked. As Arnold says: "I'll be back!"
I had an unusual situation. I had a car I bought in September, and was not happy with it at all. I came here to see what can be done, if anything. Sanford was working hard to get a different car for me. It took hours, but they were pleasant hours. This is a wonderful dealership, and friendly, caring, and knowledgeable people. I will recommend them to everyone I know.. Thanks again, I love my car !!!
