Called about a vehicle on Thursday, letting them know I was interested, offered deposit. Called Friday, they said I had the first chance to buy on Saturday. Called on Saturday morning letting them know I was en route from Toledo, cash in hand. 20 minutes from arrival at dealer they call to tell me it was sold to another cash buyer. Poor service, especially since I offered payment over phone. Didn’t even give me a chance to purchase.

Had a problem in service and was told the manger would call me two days later still waining I even left a message with his boss no call back.
