RecommendedTom Wells and Kevin Case where amazing. I've been trying to get a truck since the summer. I went to a couple other places, one being Feldman chevy of novi. I don't have good credit and the sales man there came back and threw my paperwork and said " Yeah I can't help you". My mind was made up, I was going to champion Brighton as I've bought from them before. Well it took some doing but Tom and Kevin took my 07 buick and got me into a 2015 gmc 1500. Tom Wells, the special finance manager and David Harter are some of the best guys to work with at the dealership, they both went above and beyond to help me purchase my first vehicle. There also very helpful with any questions when I call up or even stop in. I wouldn't want to buy a vehicle from any other place.

I just strongly recommend staying clear of this dealership and especially Brad Fite and Tom Wells. I had to replace a bad battery two days later (sold as-is, but battery was completely bad). Was stranded 100 miles from home. Many other things after only 2-4 days days also. Bad dealership with really dishonest managers.
Horrible buying experience starting from when was financed. Promised certain things wrapped up which they had to be bugged about repeatedly. Then had it in the shop multiple times within five months where the service department could not diagnose the issue and broke engine parts while trying to figure things out. Turns out there were serious engine issues that they missed. Icing on the cake was a service technician treating me like I was a complete moron- making sexist comments.
