Was referred by All State after I was in a accident. Nothing major just a rear bumper panel that had to be replaced. Was told initially it should take 3-4 days. I asked them a couple days after to also estimate how much it would cost to replace a passenger side rear door handle. He said he would call me back that day to let me know. He never did. Just went there this afternoon and the sales manager or finance manager named Thomas was very rude and inconsiderate of my feelings toward me buying a car and using my credit score and my situation was unprofessional and then try to tell me that he couldn't get me a car that I can afford, but instead was trying to tell what couldn't afford and he wasn't really caring about it anyway then to offer me a 200 price for my trade was like a complete insult as I was a joke and I got up and walked out that dealership and wouldn't re... read more
Another dealership that runs BS adds on their webpage. More false advertisement. Try being up front with people from the get go and save everyone some time.
They took the time and put forth the energy to make sure all of my questions were answered. I appreciated the unified effort by the sales team to make me comfortable throughout the entire purchase process.
