At Champion I have never felt pressured into making a purcahse. My salesman made sure I fully understood everything he covered and if I didn't he answered my questions until I did. He was very casual and welcoming. He showed (and continues to show) that he cares about me and my family each and every time our paths cross...he is more than a salesman, he's a friend. I just had the oil changed on the car that I leased from them. It came back washed!! Nice waiting area and friendly staff.
Our experience for the 1st week (leased Oct 13th) of having the new Buick Enclave, the Brighton Sales Rep, David Halter and Matt on Leasing, have been exceptional ' in our opinion; of handling our needs/questions about/for our vehicle.
