Service, everyone in service department was great. The service manager was so helpful and kind. I definitely will return to the champion buick for service.
Service (already talked with the Service Manager, Yawn) - an experience that could only be shared on the phone. Called the Buick CustomerCare Center. Not sure if I will return to Champion Buick for Service or future purchases.
Had a happy ending to a really LONG search and decision making (on my part) for my next vehicle. Barb Novak was with me every step of the way and never quit trying to get me what I wanted for the lease price I wanted. Got the '17 Canyon I wanted. My first choice. Sanford Chandler and all the guys far exceeded my expectations. When other dealerships just couldn't be bothered, they went far beyond. Not just selling me a vehicle, they worked to educate me and to get me the best deal for my situation. Worth the long drive!!
We purchased a Terrain from Champion a 1 1/2 years ago and had a great experience! It is particularly useful that the maintenance is covered and they go out of their way to get us in there when it is convenient for us. Great vehicle and dealership!
