Very happy with all the services they have to offer, from the body shop to ordering aftermarket parts.
I haven't had my car a year, I've needed new brakes, new tires, the light work fixed, and the doors needed to be fixed. Supposedly this car had everything done to it to be fixed, which obviously is not the case. It has been the worst experience with car buying.
Bought a pre-owned 2011 Chevy Duramax from them. Salesman was actually really good except for the fact he won't respond to my email now that the sale is done. Was concerned with a coolant leak. The service department took a look at it and said there was no leak. When I had the oil changed after I bought it I had my mechanic check it. Ended up being what my main concern was. Has a bad head gasket. Now stuck with a $4000.00 plus repair. Would not trust them or buy from them again. Would especially never trust a word their serv... read more
