The team at Champia is great. I was able to get my client's inspection scheduled the day we went binding. Alan was knowledgeable and able to address all my clients concerns.
I am in Real Estate and always include Champia in the group of inspectors I recommend. They are very well trained and very professional. Johnny Wahl explained everything and was not too alarming . He goes by the code and points out things that were not code when the house was built, but sometimes that can scare a client. Over all, excellent inspection.
