CALL SOMEONE ELSE. They inspected the home on August 24. Three issues have already popped up, and it's January 2025. I called them three times, but no one has called me back with a plan of action or anything. If I could give them a negative star, I would. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
ZERO STARS. DO NOT TRUST CHAMPIA!! They missed THREE roof leaks and MULTIPLE areas of visible mold. We are out now almost 5k+ due to their negligence. And it seems like every other day we find something else they missed. The lead inspector, ****, was very disrespectful. It took us pestering them for weeks and threatening legal action for them to even consider compensating us financially - even then, they only offered the absolute bare minimum. Please do not hire Champia to do your home inspection. They hired a 3rd party Plumbing company who could not tell us if the home that we were gong to purchase was on Septic. They claimed that they hired a unlicensed plumber to perform their inspection. They do not even deserve 1/2 of a star rating. please do not sure them, you will be sorry! Like we are!!!
