The inspector assigned named Eddie Whitehead.. Mr Whitehead came with multipurpose. Yes to fulfill is obligation to perform the duties of home inspection, also to be an instructor, teacher with a leadership trait of patience and compassion to help a buyer like myself understand at my level of comprehension. “Inspector” damaged pool as shown in pictures causing damage I had to pay for. The company also required me to pay for inspection with disregard to the damages. Do not use.
