Professional Inspectors that do a very thorough job. This is our second inspection and we will be using them for another soon. Remember to move items away from outlets etc if you want them checked. They do not move anything as is an industry liability standard. Nice job~

I am in Real Estate and always include Champia in the group of inspectors I recommend. They are very well trained and very professional. Johnny Wahl explained everything and was not too alarming . He goes by the code and points out things that were not code when the house was built, but sometimes that can scare a client. Over all, excellent inspection.
