I called Champia and spoke to a customer service agent who was extremely helpful. She was patient and professional. She answered all of my many questions with proficiency. I am so sorry that I forgot her name. She deserves the recognition. My inspector, Todd Walker, was super meticulous and thorough. He took his time documenting and explaining everything he found. He was personable and professional. The report was excellently prepared and delivered when promised. I highly recommend him.

Tucker was professional and helpful. I did order a pool inspection and was hoping it would all be done at one time. Tucker wasn’t qualified for pool/hot tub. I think that was on the company for not providing the right service. Having said that, I had the pool inspection the next day and was happy with the overall experience.
The individual inspector was nice but beware... they change the prices on you! The first time I called they gave me one price, when I received the quote it was $50 higher than what I was quoted on the phone... I called to explain that it's bad business to raise the praise after you've told the customer one price already! They adjusted it to what I was told but after the inspection was complete the invoice still came in about $20-ish higher due to their "3.5% credit card convenience fee" that no one tell you about...
