Tucker was professional and helpful. I did order a pool inspection and was hoping it would all be done at one time. Tucker wasn’t qualified for pool/hot tub. I think that was on the company for not providing the right service. Having said that, I had the pool inspection the next day and was happy with the overall experience.
The individual inspector was nice but beware... they change the prices on you! The first time I called they gave me one price, when I received the quote it was $50 higher than what I was quoted on the phone... I called to explain that it's bad business to raise the praise after you've told the customer one price already! They adjusted it to what I was told but after the inspection was complete the invoice still came in about $20-ish higher due to their "3.5% credit card convenience fee" that no one tell you about... I really enjoyed working with Champia Inspections. They answered my first phone call, were extremely convenient, and even provided additional coupons for their service. On the day of my inspection I arrived about an hour after it started to see Alan sitting in his car. He proceeded to explain that after examining the exterior, the code to get inside of the house was wrong. He was calm and patient as we made phone calls to resolve the issue.
