I visit this home regularly as a healthcare professional to see a majority of the residents here. When I attend I am always greeted by the manager who is always very welcoming and fantastic at what she does. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and if I require any assistance with any of the residents to carry out what I need to do the staff are more than happy to help. Just what everyone dreads! We chose this care home for a week to use as rest bite. I wish we never did! My mum now has a chest infection and it looks as if she hasn’t eaten since she went in. No record was kept to show how much food and fluids had been taken. When my mum was picked up from the home her room was locked and because of her being frail and shy she likes to stay in her room.
