We had a wonderful experience with Chalmers Properties in Glasgow! The staff were attentive, helpful, and had very quick response times for any questions/concerns. Special thanks to Christopher for being our main contact throughout our renting experience! We rented with Chalmers for about a year and a half and could not recommend it more!

Very poor customer service! Tried to see an apartment in Bothwell. Refused viewings initially as we were looking to rent later than they wanted. Property was still available and finally got a viewing arranged at a time that suited the estate agent and not us. We were coming down from Aberdeen. We showed up early and phoned to find out where they were to be told it was cancelled. No email ot phonecall received. Stated they had sent an email but unable to forward the original one on!
