We rented through this real estate agency and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Whenever we reported maintenance issues, they eventually got fixed, but it routinely took 2–3 weeks for someone to even come and look at the problem. In the meantime, we had to live with broken appliances, leaks, and other issues that should have been resolved quickly. 3 weeks to change the toilet flush mechanism or 2 months to change the blinds for the living room.
