When Chalmers Properties took over the flat we were renting it was a huge relief. We had previously had 2 other estate agents managing the property who did nothing, leaving things unfixed indefinitely. As soon as Chalmers Properties were involved, they contacted us regarding the things that needed fixing right away and arranged for them to be sorted quickly.
