Clean office and friendly staff . The appointment started on time and tge hygienist was very gentle.

Rude receptionist, don’t know why they seem to have an attitude in the morning. Even if you ask a question they will snap back at you, no patience whatsoever. EDITED: I am a patient at your dentist, and your other reviews about miserable receptionists seem to add up. Tell your receptionists to be kind and treat patients with a smile instead of rudely snapping at them if they misunderstand anything.
Just spoke to the rudest receptionist ever , her name is Shaan , 1 hour before my appointment I got a text to say it’s cancelled. I had taken the morning off work. When I asked to be compensated she laughed and said if I want a refund of my deposit £40 (they take a deposit before even seeing you) I had to come in person, when I said that was ridiculous she then issued refund over the phone.
