I am so grateful to this practice, all the doctors, HCAs, receptionists, cleaners etc. I experienced gross medical negligence at my old surgery in another county (that has a 2 star rating by the way). Had an awful experience being registered with this surgery. Lack of infection control. HCA that ignores you when you say you need the thinnest needle purple/blue because you only have one good vein, and they proceed to use an orange thicker guage needle. Refuse referrals. And significant gaslighting. Ashmore me asked me when I was suffering severe symptoms "and you're not just making all this up are you?" I also had a locum GP telling me that my ECG was completely normal, when I requested a record copy of the ECG it clearly ... read more
