I made a call this morning at 10:05 Thursday 20/02/2025 and the phone has been answered straight away by Mr Adil and he was brilliant ,the issue i had has been resolved what a gentleman .(M.M )
Do not make any money transfer using this bank. You cannot amend or cancel the transaction in case you make any small spelling mistake or if you change your mind. They will hold your money for 4 months before they can release it (if you're lucky). This is wrong, ridiculous and should be illegal if Morocco have any banking regulations and any customer's rights! I visited your branch on may bank holiday where you put hours vary and the bank was closed with no notes on doors or anything for these hours alterations
