I heard from the dealer today who said CF Moto refuses to warranty the engine on my z950. I took it in for the lack of vent hose on the evap and burning oil. Apparently water ingestion has caused the issues (burning oil) which we knew from the lack of vent house on the evap canister. After he told me this, of course, I was ******. They even inspected and took pictures of the evap canister to show it was filled with mud and water. I BOUGHT BRAND NEW 2021 Z FORCE 950. THE 1ST DAY I GOT IT HOME AND WENT FOR OUR 1ST RIDE. BOTH THE REAL CALIPERS WERE LEAKING FLUID. THAT WAS ONLY AFTER 5 MILES. 5 MILES!!!!!! I purchased a 2021 Uforce 1000 in May of 2021. Went 38 miles and the unit stopped on the trail. It would idle but no response with the foot pedal. It has been in the dealership all summer. CFmoto is telling the dealer what parts to try and shipping them one at a time to try and save money on the warranty claim vs. Sending them to obvious parts to try. One star is generous given the experience my husband and I have had with this company and their failure to stand behind their machines and their warranty. In May of 2020 we purchased two brand new 2018 ZForce 800EX side by sides. After putting almost 2200 miles on each machine, my husbands machine was in need of a full engine replacement and my top end needed to be rebuilt. Prior to needing these repairs we noticed oil blow back in the air box, called the dealership, and were told "that's a normal issue with these machines" ... read more

We are sorry to hear you have had issues with your ZFORCE 800s. Our warranty team does their best to come to a fair decision based on the information provided in the claims. Based on the information in this case, the determination was that the failure was caused by dirt ingestion which unfortunately is not covered by warranty. There was no additional information about maintenance. Customer Service is a misnomer. I followed exact (a bit lacking) owner’s manual instructions as to removing and replacing the front cover CForce 500. When I removed the top cover, I noticed one of the plastic clips was sheared at the bottom. Personally, I find the design horrible. But with that said. Thank you for your feedback on the owner’s manual. I will submit this to technical publications for more clarity. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we are only able to supply parts to authorized dealers when it comes to warranty repairs. I do urge you to bring this issue to the CFMOTO dealer of your choice for resolution.

I really wish i had done a little more research before i let a dealer talk me into purchasing a cfmoto machine. My experience, 07/3/2020 i purchased a 2020 cforce 800xc because it looked like a very nice atv. It was rode around the house not on trails or in mud, on 8/29/2020 it begins to jerk and pop when taking off in hi, lo, or reverse, it also has smoke and a burning smell coming from the engine area, i take it to the dealer on 9/1/2020 on 9/26/2020 they call me saying it's ready so i have somebody pick it up for me as im... read more

Every time I make a payment they say the receive it late. It’s alway 1 day after the due date they claim. It’s 39 dollars for every late payment and I purchased 2 cfmoto 4wheeler’s. Tried calling to discussed the matter and the Supervisor was very rude

I bought a 2018 "new" CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle jumping out of gear when climbing, wont stay running, and the winch smoking and smelling electrical. The vehicle only has 47 miles on it and it has been 1 thing after another with it!! Took it to a dealership and their answer was "Those things are normal for that vehicle"..... WHAT?? Definitely a lemon and not near worth the $12,000 I paid for it. So far their customer service hasn't even contacted me back about it. I refuse to pay tha... read more

To fully diagnose and complete repairs, the vehicle will need to go to a CFMOTO dealer of your choice and that dealer should contact dealer support for assistance in diagnosis and procedures.
