I bought my 2024 cforce 500 and 110 on a Saturday morning. Picked them up and went to ride on my daughter's property. Just flat land riding. Adult riders. We have reviewed this case from the records that are available to us. No claim was ever formally submitted into our system. The dealer may have talked to our Tech team on the phone but they never put in a claim. This unit is getting close to four years old. The warranty is a one-year warranty. The bulletin referred to is from the 2017 and 2018 model years. The process that was leading to that defect in 2017/18 was corrected in 2018 and all years subsequent. In October 2023 I purchased two 2023 CFMOTO 1000 overland and it has been nothing but problems. On one I used the winch maybe 3 times and it completely stopped working, Also It's hard to get it to go into gear and the main bearing keeps going out. I also had to replace the belt. If My other ATV has been in the shop since February for a Voltage regulator. Had a issue with the dash, parts were on backorder for longer than 30 days. All pleas for help were ignored and was told to just contact the dealer for more information.If you have any issue the dealer can't solve... Good luck CFMoto doesn't care.

After a review of this customer claim, the only warranty claim seen is for a delaminating dashboard. Unfortunately, the part needed is on backorder. From our understanding, the unit is still fully functional and able to 100% safely be ridden until the part comes in. Understandably, needing to replace a part can be frustrating but that is why the warranty is in place for to protect the owner from having to pay for that. Once the part arrives, it will be a quick repair. Thanks for your patience.
i think if you say you have 90 day warranty you should stand by that if your product was faulty you shouldnt call a customer a lair and not stand by your word i think if your not going to honor it dont put it writing. before i made my first payment the brakes started leaking on both rear calipers and you guys are saying im dumb enough to drive with the parking brake on because you dont want to honor you end of the deal i shouldve known the deal i got with these two units was to good to be true now i know why it was to good. ... read more

The simultaneous failure/leaking of both calipers is the most consistent sign of a unit that was run with the parking brake on. We have enough history to see when this is the case vs some other failure. It's unfortunate that this occurred but this is not a manufacturer's defect.
Im regretting the decision of purchasing 2 cfmoto C force Atv s. I bought two of them the same day, brand new from the dealership December 2023, and they have been nothing but problems. it has been proven that it is all been manufacturer defects yet ** Moto refuses to cover them and both machines dont even have 25 hours yet. After reviewing the issues with both units, we have found the following in consultation with the dealer:C400 - The tire wear pattern is indicative of using the unit for on road use. The vehicles and tires are designed for off road use only. While the dealer mentioned a toe out condition, that would have resulted in a wear pattern on the edge of the tires. Purchased brand new in may 2023.Engine went out in July. They tried to say it was our fault and didnt warranty it. Our 12 year old son rides it and he rides under our supervision only. Purchased a 2022 zforce 800 trail in Feb of 2023. Great machine,. Until, With less than 50 hours on it the motor blew up. Here is the real issue. It broke in June, 2023. I purchased a **** CFMoto Zforce 800 trail. It literally has 14 miles on it and is currently sitting in the shop of the Dealer I purchased it from. They told me the fuel pump is not holding pressure. Dealers submit their warranties to CFMOTO for approval so perhaps the dealer was just being cautious with their language. If there are no signs of mis-use or abuse and the vehicle is in the warranty period, the vast majority of claims get approved without delay.
