I bought a 2018 "new" CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle jumping out of gear when climbing, wont stay running, and the winch smoking and smelling electrical. The vehicle only has 47 miles on it and it has been 1 thing after another with it!! Took it to a dealership and their answer was "Those things are normal for that vehicle"..... WHAT?? We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your ZFORCE 1000 and do not believe the issues listed in your complaint are normal. To fully diagnose and complete repairs, the vehicle will need to go to a CFMOTO dealer of your choice and that dealer should contact dealer support for assistance in diagnosis and procedures. CFMOTO will do everything possible to help your dealer to complete repairs as quickly as their shop schedule allows. We will also investigate why your call was not responded to.
I purchased a 2019 UForce 800. It went in to th shop with 200 miles on it. After six weeks and about a dozen calls to CFMoto. The shop finally said its ready for pick up. However there is still a metal on metal sound . They said CFmoto and they could not find the issue and there was nothing more they can do. I called CFmoto and the customer service stated that is just gonna be apart of the machine and nothing is wrong. Bought a 2019 CFMOTO XC 800 in April 2019. 400 miles into it, the gear box started to grind. I brought it into power lodge in Ramsey MN, where I purchased the wheeler. Long story short, the the gear box was on back order and once it was recieved, the clutch could not be removed without a "special" tool. I got a ceforce 600 5/21/2019 and had to replace the drive belt on 6/25/2019. The dealer said I had to be going to fast or to slow and my warranty want cover it. I have 3 Honda, a 2000 a 2004 and 2010 and I can drive them fast or slow. ceforce is some bull shit hate I got it. And I can't talk to no one in warranty or claims
Great machine and great company. Have owned one for 3 years and not a single issue, runs great, great price. Know others who own them and had no or very few issues. Warranty quick to take care of any problems.
