Im regretting the decision of purchasing 2 cfmoto C force Atv s. After reviewing the issues with both units, we have found the following in consultation with the dealer:C400 - The tire wear pattern is indicative of using the unit for on road use. The vehicles and tires are designed for off road use only. While the dealer mentioned a toe out condition, that would have resulted in a wear pattern on the edge of the tires. Purchased brand new in may 2023.Engine went out in July. They tried to say it was our fault and didnt warranty it. Our 12 year old son rides it and he rides under our supervision only. Never abused it. Ridden in trails only! Barely brought through any mud at all. We paid to fix/rebuild it. Then had overheating issues along with many other problems. We contacted the dealership that did the work on this vehicle for their insights.Both incidents with this unit were evaluated to be the result of dirt/water ingestion into the engine. Purchased a 2022 zforce 800 trail in Feb of 2023. Great machine,. Until, With less than 50 hours on it the motor blew up. Here is the real issue. It broke in June, 2023. We are in December and the dealer says they are waiting on parts still. The dealership says all Cf Moto tells them is the parts are on backorder. I purchased a **** CFMoto Zforce 800 trail. It literally has 14 miles on it and is currently sitting in the shop of the Dealer I purchased it from. They told me the fuel pump is not holding pressure. They said they submitted a warranty request to see if it's covered. Are you kidding me!! to see if it's covered? ??? IT HAS 14 MILES ON IT!!!! I appreciate the frustration of having an issue with your product with very few miles on it. Dealers submit their warranties to CFMOTO for approval so perhaps the dealer was just being cautious with their language. If there are no signs of mis-use or abuse and the vehicle is in the warranty period, the vast majority of claims get approved without delay. It appears that your claim was authorized by CFMOTO on 12/1/23. I'm confident that your dealer will have you back up and running soon!!
They don't stand behind their products, at 170 miles and having the clutch fail and them not covering it under warranty, makes me question my 2 purchases make thru that brand. Plus their customer service doesn't resolve anything, asked to speak to their supervisor and said there was no supervisor and after telling the girl that I was speaking to, that I regret my purchases, she immediately hung up on me.

CFMOTO stands behind its warranty. We cover manufacturing defects like all powersports manufacturers. In cases where dealers determine that the cause of the defect was not a manufacturer's defect, those repairs are not covered. If the damaged part is determined to be caused by mis-use, abuse, lack of proper maintenance or not following the vehicles proper break-in period, those are not covered.
I have a cfmoto 500 and we have had nothing but problems with it in shop ONCE again for another engine ?? e bought the extended warranty and they dont cover anything!!!? We get the run around likewe cant find your warranty, a new owner bought the dealership We purchased from and have had our machine for 4 months?? minimally the already rebuilt engine should be warranteed but NOPE!!! How can I talk to someone directly from cfmoto maybe they can help us out????? We love our machine when its working??

Not even had my cf moto **** 45 days and its been in the shop over half of that. Got it back yesterday after they had to change out a faulty clutch. Cant even change the gears today. Anyone know anyway to give this ****** piece of s*** back to them without having my credit ruined????

I would never buy or recommend CFMOTO to anyone. We have a XL1000 that we have owned for 9 months and 6 of those were in the shop for multiple issues - starting with a motor replacement with less than 100 miles. **** we had to replace the throttle pedal, throttle cable, starter motor,, starter cable and multiple batteries. These were all on separate occasions that last multiple weeks up to 5months to get parts or to diagnose. I am so irratated with c.f. moto and not keeping parts in stock or being extremley slow to get parts . I have a 2023 cf moto ****xl and trying to mirrors through your company is atrocious and unacceptable . For the money pd for this machine your company should dammn well be stocked up with parts .
