I have bought 3 cfmoto units from ************************** in ********, *****. One was a 500 and the other 2 were 600. Two have been fantastic but the 2019 cfmoto 600 has spent more time in the shop then on the trails. We are an older couple and we dont ride them crazy or hard. This has had multiple repairs done with less then 500 miles on it. It is not up to our standards for a vehicle to have repeated issues like you have seen.We spoke to the dealership this week and learned that they have in fact, already worked on your vehicle. While its unfortunate that they were unable to diagnose the issue causing the repeated visits sooner, they found a short in the wiring system. We have been a dealer for a little over 2 years and we are seeing excellent service out of the over 200 units we have sold. I have had one or 2 small issues that were truly warranty and they handled it thru warranty. Most are customer related failures and even some of those were warrantied. Absolute garbage this product is. I bought a brand new 2021 zforce 800ex in march and this thing has been nothing but an issues from day one. Constant oil light issues and finally a blown motor and now its been at the dealer for almost 3 months now waiting on the parts and customer service just keeps giving me the run around and now I had to hire a lawyer to see what my options where and a lawsuit is going to be filed for both state and federal lemon law if one 3 options I gave are not met

Like many companies, our ability to get parts quickly has been hampered by serious supply chain issues. I heard from the dealer today who said CF Moto refuses to warranty the engine on my z950. I took it in for the lack of vent hose on the evap and burning oil. Apparently water ingestion has caused the issues (burning oil) which we knew from the lack of vent house on the evap canister. After he told me this, of course, I was ******. They even inspected and took pictures of the evap canister to show it was filled with mud and water. I BOUGHT BRAND NEW 2021 Z FORCE 950. THE 1ST DAY I GOT IT HOME AND WENT FOR OUR 1ST RIDE. BOTH THE REAL CALIPERS WERE LEAKING FLUID. THAT WAS ONLY AFTER 5 MILES. 5 MILES!!!!!! I purchased a 2021 Uforce 1000 in May of 2021. Went 38 miles and the unit stopped on the trail. It would idle but no response with the foot pedal. It has been in the dealership all summer. CFmoto is telling the dealer what parts to try and shipping them one at a time to try and save money on the warranty claim vs. Sending them to obvious parts to try.
