I can honestly say that in the last 7 months of knowing Nicola my relationship with food has never been better! No more emotional eating for me. OMG..how can this be Vegetarian food I spent a week eating Niki’s Wonderful Creations on a Yoga Retreat and didn’t miss meat once as I’m not a vegetarian I came away re- educated on digestive enzymes and how to get the most Nutrients from your food..after all WE ARE WHAT WE EAT ! Niki is so knowledgeable and supportive and I can’t recommend her enough..she does online and in person consultations tailored to your needs if you are not lucky enough to meet her on a Retreat

What a joy to have met Niki on a yoga retreat and to enjoy a week of her fabulous nutritional cooking. After two days, I could feel the difference. My energy levels were up, and even though we were only eating two meals a day, there were no cravings as the dishes were so healthy and filling and beautifully presented.
