My name is Abby and I have a 15 year old little boy with cerebral palsy. Is very tough but he's an angel and I am blessed to have an angel like him.
I am 33 and i have cerebral palsy when i was young the doctors said i would not be able to ride a bike but by the age of 3 i was riding without training wheels. They also said i would never play sports but i proved them wrong again and played first base and pitched from the time i was 7 until i graduated high school. So my out look on it is if you put your mind to it you can do anything you want don't let people say you can't .
Im a carer @ a Special care centre of children who are Intellectually & Physically challenged mostly being CP children.....I must say I love & enjoy the work I do fr these beautiful souls.... Thnks!
I'm so glad I found this page. I have a son name Josiah that will be 2 on September 26th. Josiah was born at 24 wks & was diagnosed w/ spastic cp the day before his 1st birthday. I'm still coming to terms w/ his diagnosed. In my eyes he's perfect. He's the most fun loving lil guy I know. With everything he's been through so far he still smiles. I'm truly blessed to have my lil man. Here very soon he's going to be a big brother & I can't wait to see my babies together!!

As a mom of a 15 year old with CP I can tell you this site is a blessing! I am so thankful to have found it!!! Many people never have the chance to see a miracle happen, but I Praise God that I am able to witness a miracle everyday just by looking into my son's eyes! He is a sophomore in high school and he couldn't be a happier teen! He is in a normal classroom and he thrives to make good grades! Couldn't ask for a better kid! I am a mother my son is 4 and he has cerebral palsy also . I love every minute of his life.
I have a 2 yr. old daughter with CP nd she us my heartbeat. I couldn't imagine my life without her. She is full of life nd she is a fighter. She is truly a gift from God!
