My son Jacob Rogers has CP. He was born 3 months 10 days early and weighed 1lb4oz. The Drs gave him no chance to live. Well he is now 10yrs old. He has gone through many many surgeries. He was in a wheelchair until January of this year. He is now walking sometimes with assistance. I proud to be his mother. He gives me the strength to be be strong. His motto is "God is in me and he gives me my strength. Trust God and you can do anything". God bless all our kids with CP.

I have been a care support worker for over 3years with children with cerebral palsy and complex health needs..I adore my job..they say it takes a certain person to be able to work with special needs, kindness,caring, patience..but I believe that the children teach us and make us who we are today, we learn that each child has their own unique personality chuckle or smile Keep doing a great job to all you carers!!!
