My daughter was diagnosed with CP when she was 1, they (doctors) said she wouldn't talk, walk etc, but the Devil was a lie. My daughter is now 16, she can talk, she is in a wheelchair not able to walk, she has been thru so much(surgery after surgery) but thru it all she is here. My daughter taught me patience and I've always said she is my guardian angel bcuz when I look at her and can still see her smile on her face I can't/Dnt complain. She is my blessing....

What an awesome site for everyone to share their stories and reach out to others who face the same obstacles!! My son is 19 months and just a few months ago got diagnosed with spastic diplegia CP. We are beginning our long journey to building him a better future. He is a very motivated baby and that's what keeps us going!!! I'm glad I'll have a place to share his story and help others if needed :)
