Was a member of Cera Care for a year and a half til the manager and me had a falling out and she gave me a letter saying that staff were unable to care for me. I enjoyed the company of a lovely careworker called Jane Thomas and another careworker called Shannon. They were absolutely amazing and caring. I thought one careworker called Agatha was extremely rude and unprofessional in her job when I had her, and she's part of the reason that staff were unable to care for me.
