You won’t find a better group to work with. These folks care about my interests and have met my needs every time. I won’t use any other company.
Our rental property has been taken care from start to finish. We live out of town and have had no issues when it has come up to either keep our rental occupied or the honest suggestions for repairs and maintenance. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our rental properties.
They are the very best property management company in the valley. Everyone that works there is very friendly & courteous. They take excellent care of all your rental needs.
Coming from out of state to attend ASU, Century Property Management went above and beyond when finding a place to live. I gave them amenities I was looking for in a home and when I came down to visit, they lined up multiple properties to check out. The lease contract was extremely easy to read and easy to understand. The employees at CPM are more than accommodating and incredibly easy to work with. They treat you like family!
