This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE we've ever had. Lies upon lies and ALWAYS STICK TO YOU GUT. I don't know how to get out of it. Been trying to since we signed. Todd Nelson was suppose to call us, and of course he never did. Had one of his "cronies" calls me, Mr. Scott Holiday and could tell it was a script. Then I tell him everything over the phone but still wanted us to meet in person, so we go in and waste time that we will never get back. I want to just get rid of this vehicle. Ughhhh. I am big on customer service and value for my money. I got interested in the Sorento when I was disappointed in so many things with my Nissan Rogue and it was close to the end of my lease. I couldn't be any more pleased with the move into my Sorento and now they have upgraded so many things on the new one that I am excited for the end of my lease so I can upgrade to such a luxurious vehicle!
