I went to Kia over the weekend just to test drive a car I have been interested in. Next thing I know, just a few hours later (unlike any other car dealership I’ve been to which takes HOURS to get out the door), I’m driving away with a brand new car. Joe Lopez worked with me to meet my needs within my means and treated me like a friend rather than a sale. Happy to have had a wonderful experience and have already started recommending others to stop by. You should, too!

I would like to resolve my issue with my recent purchase. In my opinion it's a simple fix really, can someone in management please reach out to me...I have had a great buying experience with two other car purchases in the past but i am getting nowhere with my salesperson on my latest car buying experience.
