Took a total of 4 hours for a 9am appointment for a basic oil change that costs $60. Was told it was taking almost 3 hours because they hand wash it for the “complimentary” car wash. When it was finally done, It was obvious they didn’t clean the inside but then when I stopped for gas on the way home it was obvious they didn’t clean the outside either. We have the BEST salesman ever - Joe Lopez! Looking for a Kia? Go see him. We’ve bought three from him and even when we’re just coming in for service he makes us welcome and runs interference for us whenever we have the smallest question or concern. Edit: and we don’t seek him out! He finds us.

one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. salesman Carlos Rodriguez did a fantastic job keeping me within my budget and getting the exact model and color Kia Soul I came in for. looking forward to doing business again in a couple of years when it's time to upgrade my Sportage.
It was the best car buying experience I ever had in my life! It took only 2 hrs. My sales agent, Chet was awesome! He even picked me up in Valrico. The General manager Todd was very friendly & gave me a great deal on my trade in. The finance guy, Brad was very quick & knowledgeable & explained everything. I love my new KIA! Excellent people! They went above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend coming here to buy a vehicle. I have never had a car dealership not only stick to what they advertise yet alone do way more then I ever thought possible.
