Took my car there for service last weekend. I worked with their service rep Jose. I talked about a noise I was having in the Air Vents. I also said that I had the extended warranty and his first words were "I hope you have proof of that". Not exactly a friendly tone. After I showed proof of my warranty he comes back and says "i hope they are open on Saturday". RecommendedI never really write reviews but I felt the need to this time. The purchase of my new car couldn't have went any smoother they worked with me at no time did I feel pressured or pushed. I have visited many other dealerships who doesn't know the meaning of no at all. Thanks again for a pleasant car buying experience. I absolutely love my 2019 Kia Optima SX

Thank you so much Tirsa. You were excellent today. We were able to get two cars from there today. We love our 2018 Kia Forte and 2018 Optima. Tirsa Alonso was wonderful as our salesperson. She really helped is out. Laz the sales manager was great and so was Brent the finance manager. Highly recommend Century Kia.
The service department is great!! Chris is awesome.... very helpful and fair!! I wouldn’t deal with anyone else!! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!

10 stars, excellent service, Kris who sets the appointments for car repairs was exceptional as was David their master mechanic...then there was Junior who drove me to and from the dealership and gave me some great tips on local restaurants!!! A wonderful experience overall...:)
