My 2007 Kia finally died after 336,000 miles, The manager at Century Kia sent one of his sales person to pick me up and had a tow truck pick up the car. We bought a new Kia Optima 11/3/16. On 11/8 they came and picked the car up from us while at work citing some problem with their financing process. Processing of our down payment refund takes many many days because over a certain amount has to be approved by the bank first, but I don't consider that Kia Finances fault. Although they never really apologized to us for the financing issue they do seem like nice people, and they do sell good cars that is for sure!
We met with Eddie Banks upon entering and he helped us with not just one but two vehicles. There was no pressure selling, just good options. We appreciated the late night help offered the first day and thanks to the additional help from Scott and Brent on day two we are proud owners of his and hers vehicles. We have a twelve year old KIA Spectra that has been an excellent vehicle. In fact, we are passing it on to my niece to continue driving. We purchased a new Sorento at this dealership last week. Our salesman was Carlos Rodriguez and he was excellent. We love our new vehicle. When I contacted him about setting up Apple CarPlay to work with my phone he was able to schedule an appointment to do so yesterday. Sells car with defect tires. Tires has clearly road hazards. Yet won't take care of it. They welcome you to buy a car but you are not welcome after you have a safety issues due to them.
