I just purchased a 2014 soul 2 days ago from them had the best salesman "jb" he was awesome he never gave up on me getting approved he was really sincere about the fact that I had a hoopty with no a/c and my grandson had to ride in it well that's not anymore cuz he now has his a/c thanks guys yall are awesome especially "jb"!!!!!!!!
I've had my car here many times for service and a minor problem or two, and they have always been fantastic. I was just now watching two ladies complaining about the service they receive with their luxury cars at high brow dealerships. I put in a plug for Century KIA
Worst service department. I have been here twice for the same thing that is under warranty. I made an appointment at 9am and 5 hours later I am still here. Plus, I find out the guy working on my car stopped and worked on a walk-in car (who already left with their car) instead for over an hour. When I call you out on it I get "we are short three guys". Why'd I even make an appointment?! I wish I never bought a KIA at this point. So disappointed there really are not enough words.
