This is not a serious builder, to begin with they have zero quality customer service, their homes lack of basics that are included when you compare to other builders. To upgrade this basics such as electrical wiring in bedrooms for ceiling fans and coach lights for the garage their prices are absolutely ridiculous. not satisfied
I am one year out of warranty and have only lived in my house for two years. My counter tops are loose, the cabinet doors are peeling, and there is a leak in the wall. I contacted the builder with the expectation they would do the right thing and get these issues fixed. However, they did nothing but give me the run around and reiterate that I was a year out of warranty. A two year old house should NOT have these issues.
