Honestly one of the smoothest transactions that I’ve had! The securing the property process was so quick, updated with all of the information without having to chase the agency, and now that we have moved in anytime we have an issue the agency is amazing at getting everything sorted! Even if the landlord is not being responsive they take action after taking all of the required steps to hear back! We were contacted by Paulina over 6 months ago to help her with a maintenance job. Our invoice for this job has still not been paid. We have given up on chasing this at this point but just thought we'd leave a review here to warn other tradespeople. These locations are franchised but even the head office has ignored us.
