Initially I had a bad experience but when I contacted paulina directly she was very efficient and helpful aswell as having a lovly landlord made it easier for me to choose.
WARNING -Keep clear of this agency. Not all is what it seems. Very fake and unprofessional people. They are fast to take your money. After which, the games begin and it’s too late. Such a dishonest company. Dealing with these people was draining, frustrating and the one of the worst decisions iv made. And also affected me financially. There are other estate agents in the area that are much better and professional. Don’t get sucked in by the fake smiles and promises.
These guys are an absolute clown show to be honest. They claim to be selling agents but from what ive seen, they couldn't sell water to a dehydrated man in the desert! They have 10 properties on Rightmove for sale and only 2 are sold!! The pictures they use in their adverts are shocking! and they don't use floorplans either.. Honestly, they're attempt at marketing it childish at best.. I looked at using them but chose Sandra Davidson instead.
