It has now been 2 years since my surgery, which unfortunately went wrong. I last saw my surgeon in August 2024, where we discussed options for a corrective procedure. I was to then go away, think about my options, and we would have a video call in a couple of weeks to confirm my decision. Well, the video call never happened. I chased the surgery on 3 separate occasions and kept being told, "So and so will get back to you with your surgeon's availability ASAP", but never heard anything more. I had quite a few sebaceous hyperplasia removed by Ida using a laser. I had a great result. Ida carefully explained beforehand what the treatment would involve, the time it would take me to heal and what I could expect during my recovery. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for my consultation. The nurse worked quickly and was polite. Dr. Alfie ran the necessary tests and the examination results were so quick I was able to book my surgery in within a month. I was extremely pleased with my visit to the Delta Clinics!!! Had my treatment with Dr Burgues today. She was so informative and helpful. Also thanks to the lovely Tia in reception who brights up the whole room with a warm welcome and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
