Overall great experience. One note may be if a shirt is missing a button could you replace it or advise that it is missing. I appreciate the service. Thank you all.

Very organized and nice that they send you an email when you clothes are ready. The alterations lady is very good.

The service was unfriendly and the alteration was done incorrectly. I also had a rush tag on my garment which was incorrect and I'm assuming I was charged extra for that. The person behind the counter became agitated when she couldn't figure out how to spell may email address. A lousy and frustrating experience, especially since I will have to have this jacket altered again before I can wear it.
