Exceeds the service I have received in larger cities. The email updates are amazing and very time saving.
Friendly, easy, fast!
First time customer at Glade location. Shirts were a bit wrinkled but good enough to wear. I stopped by early in the day not realizing they weren't ready until after 5. Worker was standing by the door. Lobby smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. I think she was smoking there next to the door. Not going back. Yuck! You pay to have fresh garments.
The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. If there is ever an issue they are quick at resolving to our satisfavtion.

Great as always. I switched over to you guys a couple of months ago from Rays and I couldn't be happier. Customer service and quality is 10x better than Rays. Keep up the good work.
