Service was very slow at both drop off and pick up. I was assured my dress would be ready by the time I needed it and it was not ready until a day after by which time I was already on vacation and could not pick it up. Service people were rude and every time I came in there was a long wait. Will not be coming back.

In store service was very nice and turn around was great. The cleaning was average - it was not better or worse than what I can get elsewhere. 3 Stars because I was shocked at the price. I guess I should have asked on some of the items but I had no idea it would be that expensive.
