This is not my inaugural visit. I have been a customer since 2006 when I first moved to the area. For some reason, my information was not in the system when I recently visited, so you set up a new account. I appreciate the customer service at both drop-off and pick-up. On this visit, I especially appreciated the great service (carry-out!) on pick-up, even though I said I didn't need it. This gentleman was determined that I get everything out in one trip!
