The gals were very friendly. The service was great. The problem is my clothes. The uniform shirts I have to wear are pretty cheap. They collect sweat stains on the collars. I can easily get the stains out at home. This is the third dry cleaner I have tried. No one seems to be able to get the stains out. I give up. There is no reason for me to launder my shirts at home then take them to the cleaners to be pressed. Today I bought an iron and an ironing board. I'm just going to do it myself. I have used you for years now, and the service during the week in the mornings is very good, I refuse to come on the weekends. The prices are a bit high, but for the convenience I'm willing to pay. I saw where you have added bundle laundry service .50 higher than who I currently use. I do really like the email I get when my clothes are ready.

Overall good job and good people! Often the shirt hangers are tied together so tightly that it wrinkles the collars. More attention to dirty collars and cuffs is needed.

Staff is always courteous and helpful. Love the 20% discount coupons. Email notification is very helpful. Turnaround time and quality of cleaning is consistently very good.
