The staff is always friendly. The laundry and dry cleaning both are done to our satisfaction. Rarely do I have an issue but if so, they quickly make efforts to resolve.

Asked for heavy starch on my chef coat. It was not heavy what so ever. Staff was friendly still paid for it because I needed it for work but she did offer to send it back but I obviously couldn't

The girl at the counter was very polite, and she remembered me when I came back the next day. That's good customer service. Also my clothes turned out great, and the 20% off was sweet. :)
