I was the only customer in the store at the time of pick-up. It was fast, the lady at the counter knew my name, located my shirt, and I was out the door within 2 minutes! Perfect!!!

Need a cleaner front area. It's run down and looking old. Also, I would like to no have to continue bring my coupon in each time in order to get the discounts.

My first visit to Centre Cleaners...12 pieces went in and 12 pieces came out but not all of those I picked up belonged to me. Not a very good sign of things to come... your batting zero at this point. Now I have to go back and hope you can find what is missing.

First off, there is not a posting of hours of business on the door. So I had to make a second trip when my first found a locked door. When I returned the counter staff was visibly in a bad mood, not pleasant at all. There was music blaring so I had to speak loudly and asked what the business hours were. I let her know that I just moved to this area and was glad to see the cleaners was so close (I average $35-$50 weekly on dry cleaning...convenience and customer service keeps me a loyal customer).
