My collars are almost always a problem. It is surprising that there is no inspection during the pressing process that would catch this and correct it before it is delivered to me. It's getting old...

I will never use your services again. I have used you weekly for two years, but the quality of your work has gone down hill recently. I have complained three times. Half of the shirts you press I have to re-iron, and I've now gone elsewhere where they are cheaper and do a much better job. The kind lady who works in the store is wonderful however and I am sorry that she has to apologize for your poor services.

The clothes get dry cleaned, which to me is a similar process everywhere. What frustrates me about this cleaner is the timing, specifically the duration before I get my clothes back and the unpredictability of it. The general rule I've always seen with dry cleaners is drop it off before 8 and get it that day, drop it off after 8 get it next day. The first time I went I got there before 8 and was told next day, threw me off a little but okay. Next time, I was told same day. Next time, I was told two days. Two days? That's rid... read more

Clothes have been clean, well pressed and ready before the time quoted. Price is a little high and the counter lady is quite abrasive but they do a good job otherwise.

I brought in 3 pair of drapes to be DRY CLEANED and instead they were cold washed. It states clearly on each panel that they should be dry cleaned only. They shrank by 6 inches. I brought them back and I was told that they would try to stretch them and try to lenghten them. The attempt will be made with one panel only. I assume that if they are not usable that my cleaning charge will be refunded and that your insurance will take the care of the replacement. The associate that dealt with me was very nice.
