The variety of items were all cleaned and pressed without fault.
I was a little disappointed this time around. My clothes came out clean however all of my dress shirts were left wrinkled. And folded. They always ask for my dress shirts to be lightly starched and pressed

my dress shirt collars are coming out crimped at the neck button. seems like that the person assigned to install the plastic piece that intersects that neck button and has the tabs at each collar is involved. you can tell that they are pressing these parts between their thumb and pointer finger, crinkling the collar. also, my collars have a stain ring at the fold over line. there have also been a few shirts with oily spots on them when returned from cleaning, i have returned a few for a re do.
