Tammy is great!
Very professional. I felt like they heard my needs and gave me certianity.
Clerk took a long time to run the transaction. She kept going back and forth between the counter and the office area, with no explanation as to what was going on. Took a good five minutes just to check out, and it was 99 degrees in there, according to the thermostat. I just had one item to pick up, and I still don't know what the holdup was.

Have only been one time but plan on returning!
I received an e-mail to pick up our finished items. When we got there, the staff could not find our items. After lengthy searching our items were found uncleaned in a dirty bag on the floor. We were then told by someone at the cleaners said they did not wish to clean them.
Took in around 7 Dry clean and 1 laundry shirt last Saturday. Asked for them on Monday, so they were tagged "rush". Returned Monday and the shirt was not back. Took the dc and was told to return for the shirt, part of the rush order. Unable to return Tuesday , but returned for it Wednesday morning. STILL NOT BACK!! Was told to come back later that day..really??? I left my number with instructions to call me when my "rush" shirt came in. Finally got the call Thurs. morning and got my shirt later Thurs.
