Everyone was very nice. Clothes look great.
I bought in three pairs of pleated floor length and asked that they cleaned and put back into shape. We brought them in folded by pleat but had forgotten to remove the hooks so we had t do a quick job at the counter. I picked them up yesterday and they are just pressed(?) in a smooth fashion wwithout the pleats being restored. I was not warned of this- have never had this happen at home and paid a very similar price for the full job. Did I get a lesser job because I used a coupon? I dropped jeans off on a Thursday afternoon, ticket said they'd be ready by Friday at 5pm. I went back Saturday morning around 1015am. Y'all had entered my name in the system wrong so couldn't find me, then pull up my account to find that the jeans were marked wrong. I stood there for over an hour while y'all couldn't find them. A very friendly and professional lady waited on me and I am very pleased with the service and the processes that you use to dry clean clothes.
Employee was friendly and very helpful. She took the time to explain the process to me since I was a new customer. My suits were ready as scheduled and dry cleaning service was great.
Very satisfied with my visit! No problem to rush an order when I needed it next day and prices are cheaper than what I have found since moving to Fort Worth. Love the extra padding on the hangers!
