Several stains were not removed or even slightly attempted to be removed.

Almost impossible to find a good dry cleaner but this may be it.
The quality of cleaning was fine but I wanted to pay my account balance but was told that they couldn't take the payment. Seems to me that they should be able to take a check to pay on my account.
