Love the Earth friendly cleaning methods. Any problem I have ever had has been corrected in a timely and efficient manner. Clothes are always in good condition
I have a credit there, but the clerk said she couldnât get to it so I would have to wait until later to get the credit.
I have never has a bad experience. They are superior to other cleaners I have tried and there prices are reasonable. I usually have a coupon and save even more.
I love the pick up & delivery! Tammy is very personable, reliable & takes care of any concern quickly with follow up.
I like Tammy, she holds everything together. I took something in for a rush order & ready for pick up. the young girl told me she couldnât find my name. I have used Centre for years.. She couldnât spell WHITE & I spelled it to her several times. She called the lady in alteration room for help. Maybe English is the problem.. It wasnât a great visit to the cleaners.
My husband brought my dress for a alteration and told them it did not need cleaning. I also called the same day and advised it did not need cleaning and to explain how i wanted the closure. Not only did they clean my dress they undone the bow on the front and left it hanging down. They offered to correct it but the bow is still not correct and no one will answer the phone or call me back. I thought this cleaners was better but they are no different than others i have used. First of all my clothes were dry cleaned wonderfully. However what stood out was the costumer service. I loved the greeting from the time I walked in, to the continued conversation, the coupon that was given, and that smile that to me makes a difference in any where you go. I will make this my dry cleaner in Fort Worth and recommend it to friends and family.
