This is at least the third time Iâve come to pick up my clothes on the date they were supposed to be ready and they are not ready!! This requires multiple trips that I donât have time for. Have used you for years but am now going to have to find somewhere else to go. Disappointing.
Same day service is really an industry standard and shouldnât be considered a rush order. A 2 day turn around is too long for how much you charge

Staff was not informed of employee discount, staff appearance not professional, staff could not contact owner if need be, as a business owner I am always accessible to my staff. Dry cleaning results were ok based on price. Not sure 100% if I use Centre again.

Still havenât found expensive shirt from 4 weeks ago, dry cleaning that was due back a week ago is not back yet, and when the OWNER was checking me out 2 weeks ago (he was in the store, short staffed I guess) he screwed up the checkout. I paid $20 more than I should have. He said he would put in a credit for the next time. He didnât do it. This place has really gone down hill in the past few months.
